In benchmark sites it says i should get around 20fps on ultra but 100fps on low or something like that. The game almost doesnt react to any settings. Make sure the GPU scheduling is off if it's an option available to you. Plus it's old, so it will lack optimizations that are more geared towards newer GPU.

Make sure temperatures are in check because you don't want throttle. Your GPU is very power-hungry and generates a lot of heat. I think the auto settings might set it to 2133 and it might be less latency and offer more performance. Is that the normal ram speed? If it's not, set it to auto. Make sure you have no processes running in the background while RDR2 is running as they will slow down your system especially AVPs.
